Solo Tango Orquesta

They easily keep you warm in the Moscow winter.

The team was founded in 2010 and after an incredibly short time it gained international recognition, becoming the official orchestra of the major international tango festivals.

Prizes: many.
Past events: all around.
Future: bright.
Main features: powerful, raw, effortlessly skillful, eccentric, cruel yet gentle.

They’ll play tangos of the Golden Age while you might, forgive us but you might be trembling in someone’s arms…

Solo virtuosos are:

Alexander Ryazanov, violin,

Artem Timin, piano,

Ilya Alpeev, contrabass,

Pavel Ratynsky, bandoneon,

Simone  Marini, bandoneon.

We would describe them as a…
Bird of Paradise.

Delirious and raw

Unexpectable like a blow into your face
Gust of wind in the late night
When you’re standing naked and alone in the forest of your dreams
It tickles and it hurts
       Deep under your skin
It  cuddles and it fills
        Your mind with a sin
It spills passion over your heart
Beating crazily like a devils eye
Flapping angel’s wings up in the sky

It’s all there…
What you desire and what you hide from
Whirl of fears and tears and hopes and love
It’s all there….
And you cannot stand alone anymore
         you have to fly…
         With the bird of paradise

Tanguango Quinteto

One of the best spices of Belgrade tango life!

Imagine high-school girls playing tango! Their youth orchestra was called Tango Juventud, conducted by famous bandoneon player Aleksandar Nikolić. After school days their careers continued separately and several years later they started to play together again: the Tanguango quintet was founded in 2013 by young female academic musicians in cooperation and with support of Tango Natural.

The orchestra plays various traditional tango music (Anibal Troilo, Carlos Gardel, Osvaldo Pugliese, Juan d’Arienzo), as well as compositions of Astor Piazzola.

Tanguango cuties are:

Sonja Lukić, piano,

Jelena Adamović, violin,

Ljubica Damcević, violin,

Dušica Luković, accordion,

Ana Milojković, double bass.

We would describe them as a…
Purple Lisianthus.A flower
Deep purple flower
Smiling from the shade of my thoughts
Moving with the beat of my breath
Slowly,
        Some things might appear
With a dawn of your desire
I might come with that dawn
Slowly,
        Like this deep purple flower…
        I might come to bring
               Loveby Moonlight Drop
