The shuttle bus service is organized exclusively for the participants of the Encuentro, and it will be available during specific hours of the Day Milongas, Workshops and Gran Milongas, as well as for the transfer after Pre and After Party.

You will be able to hop-on and enjoy your safe and fast ride to the festival locations, and back to your accommodation, and all that in good company. Yes, we do know, those chitchats on the way to and from milongas are priceless!

  • Tickets

    Price: 3 EUR or 350 RSD (cash only)

    Where to buy:

    • At the Info & shuttle bus desk
    • Directly on the bus
     
    Tip: Buy your ticket in advance to avoid delays.

  • Shuttle Frequency

    Shuttles leave Station 1 (main venue) every 15 minutes, unless stated otherwise.
    However, due to traffic, exact stop times can’t be guaranteed.
     
     
    Travel time varies:
    • Up to 45 minutes during heavy traffic (2–6 PM)
    • Only 20 minutes late at night

  • Shuttle Operating Hours

    WEDNESDAY

    • After the pre-party milonga: shuttles will wait outside the venue after milonga ends

    THURSDAY

    For classes:
    • Departures from Station 1 at: 15:15, 15:30, 17:15, 17:30
    • Return shuttles available after class ends
     
    Evening schedule:
    • 21:00–01:00: Departures every 15 minutes from Station 1
    • 02:00 until end of milonga: Return shuttles every 15 minutes

    FRIDAY – SUNDAY 

    Afternoon:
    • Departures every 15 minutes starting 13:15, last one at 16:00 (for those joining just the day milonga)
     
    Post-Day Milonga:
    • Shuttles waiting between 19:00–20:00
     
    Evening:
    • First shuttle: 22:00
    • Last outbound shuttle: 01:00
    • Return shuttles from venue start at 02:00

    MONDAY
    After the final pre-party milonga: shuttles will again wait outside the venue
